Contact Dr. Fran Kush
Dr. Kush works with adults (ages 18-70) struggling with a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship struggles and adjustment or stress reactions. Dr. Kush provides psychotherapy, cognitive therapy, psychological evaluations, assessment and limited testing services at New Directions. Successful treatment outcomes are first and foremost dependent on a good working collaboration between therapist and client along with a treatment plan that is specifically focused on the client’s presenting problems and issues. Therapy is successful when it reflects accurate assessment and addresses the client’s most important concerns. Therapy with Dr. Kush is often present-focused but also frequently reviews historical factors that seem to be contributing to current problems. Dr. Kush provides both briefer and longer-term treatment as per a client’s needs.
