I specialize in working with couples and individuals navigating transitions. My ideal client is someone open to new ideas and perspectives, with a willingness to embrace change, compassion, and care. I also believe humor plays a vital role in building trust and easing tension, and I enjoy incorporating it into my work to foster connection.

While much of my focus is on couples, I also love working with young people, particularly women. I strive to create a warm, inviting space where clients feel safe, understood, and valued. I deeply care about each client’s unique perspective and life experiences, and I aim to meet them with empathy and respect.

I have had therapists who simply nod and take notes. That is not me. I will endeavor to engage with you and get to know you, with humor and kindness. I also want you to feel free to ask questions and be able to doubt or be confused. This work can be life changing, but it may be complicated at times. We will work through it together.
