Clinic Director
At the heart of my practice is a deep commitment to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their emotions, process their trauma, and develop the skills they need to thrive in all areas of their lives. Whether an individual is struggling with depression, anxiety, or the aftermath of a traumatic event, I am here to support them every step of the way. I believe that every individual has the capacity for growth and transformation, and I am honored to be a part of my clients’ journeys toward healing and wholeness.
As a behaviorally oriented therapist, I have dedicated mt career to helping individuals overcome trauma, depression, and generalized anxiety. I previously worked exclusively with men in an intensive outpatient program, and through that work I developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges that men face in today’s society. I developed a specialized approach to therapy that empowers men to achieve and sustain lasting healing. I enjoy working with individuals who are motivated to change, who appreciate a compassionate and collaborative approach, and who are committed to the therapy process.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT) to help individuals build resilience and improve their quality of life. These therapies have been shown to be highly effective in treating a variety of conditions and issues. I also use evidence-based practices to help individuals deal with trauma/PTSD such as Prolonged Exposure (PE) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). These therapies utilize a combination of principles and protocols to help individuals become unstuck.
