Licensed Clinical Social Worker

My ideal client is one that is looking to make a change. You may not be ready yet, but I will explore with you and meet you where you’re at. I have the most experience with ages 8-26 but am open to all ages. My client will be open to virtual services only. My client will struggle with the stressors of day to day functioning–whether that be with school, work, relationships, or identity and growth.

Most of my experience is with children, adolescents, and young adults–however, I am able to help those of all ages. I have a background in CBT and DBT modalities, but find that I prefer to also incorporate motivational interviewing and, most recently, IPSRT. I have specific experience with depression, anxiety, self harm, suicidality, and bipolar disorder.

If you work with me, you’re signing up for a no judgement zone. I’m here to help you through whatever you bring to the table. At times, we all need a push, and when your time comes, I’ll be here to push, gently and warmly, so that you can reach your goals effectively. No need to try to impress, and no fear of the room feeling cold, the room is welcoming and casual. I’m not just your therapist, I’m your teammate.
