As a Prescriber, you will have the opportunity to conduct culturally sensitive assessments for patients and their families, as well as develop individualized plans to support their overall well-being. Our approach to mental health care prioritizes evidence-based treatment models and collaboration between disciplines. Our team values the importance of crisis management, safety planning, relapse prevention, wellness, and discharge planning to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive and effective care.
