Our Shadyside team in Pittsburgh, PA is proud to offer a full suite of personalized mental health services, including therapy, psychiatry, and medication management. We offer in-person services as well as convenient telehealth options, and we are in network with most insurance plans.
Our clinical team includes licensed and unlicensed therapists, board-certified psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, physician assistants and clinical support team members who provide services to children, adolescents, and adults.
We believe access to quality mental health care is a right, not a privilege. Our clinics accept most major insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare.
The insurance plans listed reflect acceptance across New Directions Mental Health as a whole. Acceptance varies by clinic, and a listed plan may not be accepted at every location. To confirm coverage, please contact our central intake team. They will review your specific plan and connect you with an appropriate mental health care provider who accepts your insurance.
The Shadyside office is located at 5533 Walnut St. Parking is available in any of the free or paid parking spots surrounding the building. Enter the door to the right of See Optical and take the elevator to the third floor. The door to the left will bring you directly into the waiting area.
