Mental Health Counselor

Hi there! I am a clinician at our McCandless clinic who providers therapy services!

My passion for counseling comes from both my professional training and my personal experiences with mental health. These have deepened my understanding of the courage it takes to seek support during times of hardship. I believe no one is immune to life’s difficulties, and I strive to create a space where every person feels respected, supported, and welcome to show up as their authentic self. I prioritize meeting clients where they are, recognizing that their identities, relationships, experiences, and environments can shape how they understand themselves and navigate life challenges in an already difficult world.

My approach is grounded in person-centered principles, with the therapeutic relationship serving as the foundation of our work together. I also draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic interventions, and an Internal Family Systems-informed lens. I have worked with teens, all ages of adults, and couples. Lets explore hard things together!

I do not see myself as the expert on your life. Instead, I see therapy as a collaborative process where I can walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, honesty, and humor – working toward a greater understanding and meaningful change. Starting something new can cause a mix of feelings and they are all welcome, we are all human.
