Master of Social Work
I work best with adults and couples who are navigating life transitions, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, OCD, gender dysphoria, and LGBTQIA+ related issues who are ready for change or in need of support.
As a therapist, I meet my clients where they are and tailor my approach and interventions to fit my client’s needs. My approach is primarily existential, humanistic, and person-centered with an emphasis on helping clients to explored and become their authentic selves.
Life can be uncertain and healing is not linear; my goal is to create an environment that is inclusive and affirming where people can feel seen and heard and free to explore their feelings without judgement. I believe change often occurs when we challenge ourselves gently, and I aim to offer support and reflection.
I utilize evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment as my primary modalities.
I see clients both in person and virtually at our Wexford – Stonewood Drive clinic and if you think we would be a good fit, I look forward to working together!
