Licensed Professional Counselor

Hello. My name is Ashley Nicholas. I am a provisionally licensed therapist at our Greensburg, PA clinic with a specialty in serving a population related to substance abuse and mood disorders, although I have done much more and look forward to meeting you!

My specialty areas include addictions, mood disorders, family and couples issues, and I use CBT, DBT, and other types of therapy to help in session. I have a zero judgement approach and meet patients where they are.

I believe that a person should understand compassion and what this feels like coming from another person. I practice compassion and empathy in myself sessions, and just want my patients to feel comfortable while in therapy. I know therapy can be a scary thing and I want to ensure my patients feel safe with me.
