Licensed Professional Counselor
Hello, and welcome. I’m Beth Polovina, a mental health therapist at our Monongahela clinic who works with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, stress, grief, self-esteem, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized, drawing from evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and trauma-informed care. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, build coping skills, process challenges, and work toward meaningful growth and healing.
I help clients build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, process difficult experiences, and strengthen relationships. I have a special interest in trauma, anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem, and life transitions. My approach combines practical tools with compassionate support to help clients build resilience and create meaningful change.
I understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. I value authenticity, collaboration, and meeting clients where they are. I look forward to supporting you in your growth, healing, and wellness journey.
