I work with adults, both male and female. I work with individuals with co-occurring disorders, anxiety, depression, experiencing life changes, or those looking to seek balance in their lives.

I utilize a combination of CBT and a solution focused approach. I believe in utilizing an individual’s strengths to help them reach their goals. I utilize some DBT practices around mindfulness and grounding.

I will always put your needs and goals first, keeping your safety in mind. My goal is to help you achieve your goals while building a strong therapeutic alliance.
