Mental Health Counselor
Hello, neighbor I’m Caitlin Green and I offer therapy services at our McCandless clinic.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, stress, relationship or family difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, and major life transitions. In counseling, I focus on helping clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and experiences. I use evidence-based and person centered approaches. My goal is to help clients recognize their strengths while developing practical tools they can use both inside and outside of therapy.
Together we will identify your goals, build on what is already working, and create meaningful steps toward greater emotional well-being. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person centered, solution focused, narrative therapy, Play therapy, art therapy, grief therapy, family systems approaches, and individualized coping and skill-building strategies.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey built on trust, compassion, and genuine connection. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can be heard, explore difficult experiences, discover what you need, and take meaningful steps forward.
