Mental Health Therapist

Hello! I’m Christine, a Mental Health Therapist & training Art Therapist. I provide therapy services at our Shadyside clinic.

I have a passion for working with children, adolescents, & young adults navigating the changing & challenging landscapes of life. I have experience working with children & families during times of significant life changes in both school & medical settings. I offer a caring, perceptive, & safe environment where you can feel seen & understood. Together we can cultivate curiosity & take the first steps toward transformation & growth. I am an eclectic & trauma-informed clinician, drawing from Person-Centered, Strength-Based, & Art Therapy Approaches.

As both a training art therapist & a mental health therapist, I believe that creativity is an essential aspect of growth & healthy living. By showing curiosity & using the creative process, I can help you discover the wonderful person that you are, explore new ways of thinking, solidify your identity, & look forward to a hopeful future.

I believe that all people are unique & valuable individuals who can learn & thrive. You are making a brave step by seeking therapy, & you should be proud of who you are & where you hope to be! I’ll be here for all the celebrations & conflicts you bring to therapy, & I look forward to helping you become the empowered, curious, & hopeful individual you can be!
