Licensed Professional Counselor
I am a counselor at our South Hills clinic who provide therapy services.
I began my career in the mental health field with a genuine desire to help people feel seen and understood. Over the years, I have worked in intensive outpatient (IOP), partial hospitalization (PHP), residential, and outpatient settings, providing individual and group therapy, conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans, and supporting crisis intervention and discharge planning.
I bring empathy, patience, and authenticity into the therapy room, meeting clients exactly where they are and helping them build insight, coping skills, and confidence.
I am dedicated to helping adolescents and adults navigate mental health challenges with clarity, resilience, and practical support. My work focuses on supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, mood disorders, substance use, dual diagnosis, and life transitions in a structured, compassionate, and evidence-based environment.
I’ve been a lifelong devotee of pop culture. I enjoy exploring how the stories that shape us reflect the times we live in and often draw on those shared cultural moments to connect with clients in meaningful ways. I recognize that stories can be powerful bridges to deeper self-understanding and growth.
