Masters of Social Work
Hello! I am Elizabeth Craig. I provide therapy services at our Bloomfield clinic.
After a rewarding 20-year career as a facilitator and entrepreneur, I am now pursuing my MSW to focus on providing individual and group mental health therapy. I bring a deep understanding of life transitions, identity exploration, and the complexities of personal growth to my clinical work. I am passionate about empowering adults navigating stress and significant life changes, utilizing a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach in my role as an MSW intern. I believe my diverse background allows me to connect deeply with clients from all walks of life as we collaborate toward meaningful, lasting change.
In our work together, I offer a grounded space where you can feel truly heard. Using CBT and reflective dialogue, I help adults navigate the “messy” parts of life—including anxiety, grief, and shifting identity. My goal is to help you build practical coping skills and lasting self-awareness so you can face challenges with clarity and compassion.
You are the expert of your own life; I am here to honor your unique story. As a fellow traveler, I will collaborate with you to move through obstacles and embrace your true potential. Together, we’ll work toward personal agency, a sense of wholeness, and authentic wellbeing. I would be honored to walk beside you toward a life that feels truly your own.
