Jill Mazza, Intern, MA, CPC, MABC

Intern | Clinical Professional Counselor

Hello, I’m Jill Mazza. I am an Intern at our Meadowlands clinic!

As a therapist‑in‑training and graduate‑level clinician, I’m committed to creating collaborative space where clients feel seen and supported. My approach is relational and insight‑oriented, shaped by my interest in cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, somatic awareness, and spiritually integrated work.

My clinical style integrates evidence‑based practices with deep respect for each person’s unique story.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, life transitions, and impacts of past experiences, helping to build clarity, confidence, and practical coping skills.

I believe meaningful change develops through authentic connection, reflection, and willingness to explore our inner worlds that shape our daily lives.

Before clinical training, I enjoyed over fifteen years as an instructional designer, communication‑skills trainer, and Certified Professional Coach for individuals and groups in global organizations. I learned how to listen deeply, to translate complex ideas clearly, and to support people with structured meaningful feedback and steady encouragement.
