Mental Health Counselor
Hi, I’m K
risten Williamson, M.A., a Mental Health Counselor at our Greensburg clinic. I believe therapy should be a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted for who you are. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults, including individuals navigating developmental, learning, and physical disabilities. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, using CBT and strengths-based strategies to build healthy coping skills. You don’t have to have everything figured out—we can work through it together and help you feel more confident moving forward.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, grief, trauma, and life transitions. I provide a safe, supportive space to build coping skills, improve emotional well-being, strengthen self-esteem, and create meaningful change.
I believe you deserve to feel heard, valued, and supported. I strive to meet each client with compassion and without judgment, creating a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I look forward to supporting you on your journey and helping you feel more confident and empowered along the way.
