Meg Ayers, MA, MHC

Mental Health Counselor

I am a Master’s-level clinician with experience working with individuals impacted by substance use, mental health, life transitions, and relationship issues. I bring an understanding of recovery and the human capacity for change. I work with all ages experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use, family conflict, self-esteem, and stress management. If you’re looking for a different path forward, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Together, we can explore what’s working and what’s getting in the way of creating the life you want. Change is possible, and I would be honored to walk with you as you take steps toward your goals.

My approach is person-centered and solution-focused. I believe that we possess abilities and wisdom that can be used to create meaningful change. Working with clients on identifying goals and building on existing strengths, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

My hope is to offer a place where you can speak openly, explore what matters most to you, and gain a clearer understanding of yourself and your next steps. Whether you are seeking support during a difficult season or looking to make lasting changes, I would be honored to be part of that process.
