Mental Health Counselor
My ideal client is someone who may be experiencing anxiety or depression and is seeking support to better manage their emotions. They are motivated to learn new coping strategies and develop stronger interpersonal skills to improve their overall well-being and relationships.
I work primarily through a cognitive behavioral lens that challenges negative thoughts that can influence one’s behavior, emotions, and responses. I also work through a person-centered lens; validating one’s experiences and working through the outcome of those experiences.
I am a new graduate who is eager to assist those seeking therapy. I am dedicated to my clients’ needs, passionate about delivering quality service, and prioritize open communication.
