Intern
Hi, my name is Zach Ray. I am an Intern at our Monroeville clinic.
I come from a suburban/rural upbringing, and my family has been deeply-rooted in religion since I was born. This taught me a few things like how to have compassion for all people no matter your walk in life, the power of treating each other equally, and lifting one another up when they aren’t able to do it on their own. My approach to counseling reflects this mentality of having a person-centered approach to help you be empowered to recognize where you are now, and to help you find new direction in a safe space.
We will work together to develop the direction you want to move in your life. My specialty is in a person-centered approach to help you to feel empowered in who you are, and to use this insight in making goals of where you want to be.
I recognize that seeking help and having to come to terms with where you are can be one of the toughest things a person can do. I had to do that, too. I can share that this process can also be the most freeing as you get to begin a journey to become who you want to be. I want to be a part of that process, and I look forward to working with you.
