Mental Health Counselor

I am a clinician at our Wexford – Stonewood Drive clinic who provides therapy services!

My ideal client would be open to the idea of therapy and willing to be involved collaboratively in their therapeutic journey. I ideally enjoy working with clients who are children through young adults, struggling with various developmental disorders, such as ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder, relationship and family conflict, concerns related to body image, and/or relationship with eating, anxiety, and depressive disorders. I am also interested in expanding my experience working with various OCD-related disorders. I would like for my clients to recognize that asking for help is not a weakness, but a strength!

I enjoy offering services utilizing a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) approach. I find that DBT allows clients to work on acceptance of difficult emotions, mindfulness, and encourages growth while also validating struggles. I also enjoy incorporating a variety of artistic and play-based interventions when appropriate for clients.

My top priority is to create a space where my clients feel accepted, safe, and comfortable. I value humor and “yapping” just as much as deep conversations! I invite my clients to snack, doodle, or use fidgets -whatever helps you get the most out of our time together. Starting therapy is one of the hardest parts, and I would love to join you on your journey!
