April Morris is a Licensed Professional Counselor focused on providing therapy to adults. April has gained experience throughout different mental health settings, such as wraparound services, school-based therapy, and a community mental health agency. April collaborates with individuals to explore the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and how to relearn patterns to produce positive changes. April utilizes a person-centered approach, as well as interventions from cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques.
