Licensed Clinical Social Worker
I’m Caleigh, a therapist in Pittsburgh. I offer therapy services in the South Side.
Before moving into therapy, I spent five years as an emergency department social worker, working with people in acute crisis. I work with clients from age 10 through adulthood, and I specialize in trauma, depression, and anxiety, both acute and long-standing. What the ED taught me is that people are far more resilient than they get credit for. You can go through genuinely terrible things and still come out the other side. The people who do are the ones willing to look honestly at what they can change, and ready to start doing it.
Sessions with me are conversational, and I draw on CBT and motivational interviewing. We’ll build a treatment plan together that fits your life. I believe therapy can give you the needed skills to make the most out of your life.
My goal isn’t to keep you in therapy forever. It’s to help you build the tools you need so our work eventually becomes maintenance, not a weekly necessity. I made the move to outpatient because I wanted to stay with people long enough to see them grow, not just stabilize.
