Jaclyn Plummer is a Licensed Professional Counselor at our Wexford – VIP Drive clinic who provides therapy services in-person and via telehealth. She has been providing therapeutic services to adolescents and adults for more than 9 years in a variety of treatment settings including community mental health, wraparound services, and outpatient.
Jaclyn works with adults and adolescents age 15 and older to address a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, stress, adjustments/transitions in life, trauma, grief, and anger. The core of Jaclyn’s practice is working together with individuals to unlock their full potential. By offering a judgment-free, compassionate space to explore goals and barriers, progress is more likely. It is Jaclyn’s mission to assist individuals in achieving their desired outcomes for emotional and psychological well-being. Her approach to therapy is integrative and tailored to each person’s needs and goals. This typically includes use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness techniques, and Reality Therapy.
Jaclyn is a native to western Pennsylvania. She earned her BA in Applied Psychology from Penn State University and her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. When she is not working, Jaclyn enjoys spending time with her family, visiting historical sites, reading, and crafting.
