
Jesse’s approach to individual therapy incorporates dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and his work with families and couples is based in a structural family therapy approach. He utilizes these frameworks to help clients learn to identify and challenge dysfunctional ways of thinking, as well as to learn and implement new skills for managing life challenges. Jesse is available to help clients struggling with ADHD, PTSD, OCD, depression and anxiety disorders. He has specific training in exposure and response prevention therapy (ERP) which is used to help clients resolve OCD symptoms.
Jesse is from the Pittsburgh area, and graduated from Slippery Rock University with his Master’s degree in counseling. He enjoys the outdoors and jiu-jitsu in his free time.
