
After graduating at the top of her class at North Allegheny High School, Dr. Clinebell went on to study Biobehavioral Health at the Schreyer Honors College at Penn State University. She continued her education at the University at Buffalo, receiving her M.D. She completed a combined residency and fellowship in adult psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic in Pittsburgh, PA.
