Dr. Clinebell is a provider at our Wexford – VIP Drive clinic who provides psychiatry services in-person and via telehealth. She provides an expertise and compassion that is synonymous with New Directions Counseling Services, LLC. Dr. Kim (Schwarz) Clinebell returns to Wexford, PA to join our fast growing mental health and nutrition counseling practice. She is an Adult, Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist. She accepts all major forms of insurance.
After graduating at the top of her class at North Allegheny High School, Dr. Clinebell went on to study Biobehavioral Health at the Schreyer Honors College at Penn State University. She continued her education at the University at Buffalo, receiving her M.D. She completed a combined residency and fellowship in adult psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic in Pittsburgh, PA.
