Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Hi, my name is Megan Becirevic, I am a PMHNP with experience caring for individuals across the lifespan. I provider psychiatric services at our Monroeville clinic.

Mental health is a critically needed area of healthcare, and helping to expand the availability of care is a priority for me. It is uncommon to find someone who has not been personally or has or had close contact with someone affected by substance use, trauma, or internal conflict. These populations are some of which I am pulled toward and look forward to working with.

Having the opportunity to work with procedures such as TMS and treatments such as Spravato is exciting. Mental health is an evolving field and each new treatment provides hope for improved health. I look forward to working with patients who are at the beginning of their healthcare journey, along with those who have tried multiple treatments.

Wherever you are on the spectrum of mental and physical health it can be daunting to navigate the steps to be seen. I hope that my patients feel that I am a provider who makes them feel seen and that it was worth it to schedule your appointment. I know seeking help can be an enormous task.
