Sara Mastovich, MS, MHC

Mental Health Counselor

I offer therapy services at our Meadowlands clinic.

I have a background as a special education teacher, which deeply shapes how I support my clients. My experience in education has given me a strong understanding of diverse learning styles and emotional needs.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults, and I have a passion for supporting individuals who may be navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, trauma, or challenges related to learning and development. My approach is client-centered, which means our work together is guided by your goals, your pace, and what feels most meaningful to you.
I take a holistic approach—recognizing the connection between mind and body.

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to help identify patterns in thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and to build practical strategies for change. At the same time, I take a holistic approach—recognizing the connection between mind, body, and environment—so we can support your overall well-being, not just one piece of it.

If you’re reading this, you might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for something to feel different—and you don’t have to figure it out alone. Reaching out can feel like a big step, especially if you’ve been carrying things on your own for a long time. I want you to know this is a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment.
