Counseling is my passion, and my therapy approach includes evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, as well as mindfulness, inner child work, person centered, psychoeducation, mind/body connection, and others depending on your individual needs. We can work together to address your unique concerns and priorities.

The clients who I would serve are experiencing symptoms which are interfering with their daily functioning and issues such as depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma and abuse, life transitions, stress, self-esteem problems, guilt, and shame. My clients want to feel better on all levels: mentally, emotionally, spiritually, relationally, socially, and desire connection. They want to learn skills to better manage their symptoms, resolve the unresolved, and regain their voice and their agency.
