I am a provider at our Monroeville clinic who provides therapy services in-person and via telehealth. My ideal client is an open person that is willing to see therapy as an opportunity to not only increase skills to manage presenting difficulties but to further become their best self. I am open to all  clients with the exception of offenders of children. My ideal client’s needs can range from symptom resolution to in-depth work. They want to work with a holistic provider that acknowledges the interaction between mind, body, and spirit.

I am a person that is willing to listen and hear. I am an uninvolved provider of feedback to themes that may or may not be apparent to those that attend sessions. I am well versed in CBT and view clients from a humanistic, Rogerian perspective. I am well versed in behavioral, CBT, IPT, MI, and feminist interventions.

I am open to helping to address current problems and willing and able to assist a person work through longer standing difficulties.
