I am a provider at our Washington clinic who provides therapy services in-person and via telehealth. I help clients by providing a safe space that is free from judgment. Once clients feel supported and connected, we can explore practical exercises and techniques to navigate feelings of overwhelm and negative thought patterns. I offer different modalities such as breath work, cognitive behavioral therapy, guided imagery, meditation, tapping and journal exercises. Each client is unique – it’s important to take the time to find out what works.

My decision to enter into clinical social work stems from different experiences I’ve had professionally and personally. I learned about the power of connection and the potential it has when working with the right clinician. I gained valuable education about using the body and mind to help relieve symptoms of anxiety, depression and trauma. I consider myself to be very fortunate to live in an age with advanced pharmacology in addition to talk therapy – it provides a valuable opportunity to engage in meaningful work and change.
