An ideal client wants to do the work that it takes to accomplish the goals that he/she sets. The goals that are set are continued to be re-evaluated and changed as needed to benefit the client. The client should attend all scheduled sessions and come with an open mind.

I am open to working with most clients. I have experience working with children in an educational setting, as I have been a teacher for 22 years. I have taught all grade levels, Kindergarten through 12th grade, special and regular education, mental health partial hospitalization, and autistic support. I have worked in a group home for adults with mental health diagnoses. I have personally gone through breast cancer and understand the challenges that come with it. I am open-minded, non-judgmental, empathetic, and supportive.

I am open to working with any age, race, or gender. If I feel that we are not a fit, I have no problem helping to find someone who is. I am open to working with most clients.
