I am a provider at our Robinson clinic who provides services in-person and via telehealth. Ideally, I enjoy working with patients with anxiety and depression disorders. Typically those who need guidance and techniques to apply to their everyday life to help them be successful in work and other parts of life. This can include medication management, therapy techniques and also non-pharm strategies including proper sleep routines, enjoyable exercise, or hobbies they enjoy. They want these things in order to feel like themselves again and also to be their best self. Also, they want to enjoy what life has to offer and to develop a positive mindset.
