I am a clinician at our Wexford – Stonewood Drive clinic that provides therapy services!

We all may feel down, anxious, fearful, and/or uncertain from time to time. We may struggle with childhood issues or are recovering from an addiction and we need to manage past issues in order to stay safe from an addiction. Sometime we just need to talk with someone who will listen, hear, and offer suggestions in a safe environment.

You may need someone to hear you in a safe, comfortable environment. My method of counseling involves CBT, Person Centered, Mindfulness, and various other strategies tailored to the client who is in my office. I will listen and hear what you are saying, and try to give you suggestions to use to move forward in your life, leaving the past in the past.
