I am a clinician at our Meadowlands clinics who provides therapy services!

My ideal client is one who is ready to embark on their journey towards healing. Taking the first step by asking for help is one of the bravest things a person can do. Clients want to know that they are being heard in a supportive and safe environment.

I utilize a person centered approach and a combination of CBT, solution-focused brief therapy and some DBT. I believe in utilizing a collaborative approach to best meet the clients needs. I am an EMDR trained clinician.
