Crystal brings extensive experience in regulatory compliance, holding a certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC). This expertise helps ensure that NDMH adheres to the highest standards of regulatory and ethical practices, promoting a safe and compliant environment for both clients and staff. Crystal is dedicated to optimizing systems and processes to streamline operations and improve overall service delivery. When not working to support the clients and staff of New Directions, Crystal can most likely be found unwinding at a concert, supporting her daughter in the Color Guard, working on a DIY yard renovation with her husband, or snuggling up to one of her four rescue cats.
