Clinical Mental Health Counselor | National Certified Counselor
I am a clinician at our South Side Flats clinic who provides therapy services!
My ideal client is someone who is ready for meaningful change, whether that means shifting how they feel, how they live, or how they relate to themselves or others. Someone who is open to the therapeutic process and willing to actively participate in session. They’re not just looking for coping strategies (though we’ll work on those too); they want to understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns more deeply. Maybe you feel stuck, anxious, disconnected from others, from purpose, from yourself. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, healing from past wounds, or just trying to make sense of why things feel off, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. Regardless of the struggles a client is currently facing, a willingness to communicate their needs and collaboratively set achievable goals to maintain balance within their life would be an ideal place to start with any client.
Whether you’re navigating a life transition, coping with stress, or carrying the weight of past experiences, my goal is to support you in making sense of what you’re feeling and why. My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and rooted in compassion. Together, we’ll identify the barriers that are keeping you from feeling grounded and fulfilled as well as work on creating lasting change through increased self-awareness, practical coping strategies, and improved emotional regulation. I offer individual therapy sessions tailored to your needs and goals. Whether you’re seeking relief from anxiety, struggling with depressive symptoms, or trying to move forward from past wounds or major life changes, I’m here to help you reconnect with your strengths and values. I offer services to children, adolescents, adults struggling with a wide variety of ongoing difficulties. This is a space you can show up as you are, no pressure, no judgement, just an opportunity to grow, heal, and build a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are.
Starting therapy is a courageous step, and I want you to know that you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. So many people wait until things feel unbearable before reaching out—but you don’t have to wait to be “in crisis” to deserve support. I know how important it is to feel safe and understood in therapy. That’s why I bring warmth, authenticity, and compassion into every session. I’m not here to “fix” you—because you’re not broken. I’m here to help you untangle the thoughts, feelings, and patterns that may be keeping you from living with more ease and intention. Therapy is a process, and I’ll meet you wherever you are in it. This is your space, your journey—and I’m here to walk alongside you.
