I work with individuals looking to better understand themselves and their own needs while addressing struggles associated with anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, or other mental health related criteria that they wish to see improvement with in their every day lives.

Understanding ourselves can be tricky. My job is to help untangle unhelpful thought processes and difficult feelings while providing a safe, judgement free zone to express and process anything and everything. I offer both art therapy and traditional talk therapy to help the client improve their mental well-being and reach their goals.

As someone who has gone to therapy themselves, I can completely understand the nervousness associated with taking the first step! You can expect sessions with me to feel relaxed, inviting and safe. My hope is to bring a sense of relief as if taking a weight off of your shoulders at the end of the session.
