I am a clinician at our Wexford – Stonewood clinic who provides therapy services!

I hope to work with clients that are open-minded to the therapeutic process and are committed to building a therapeutic relationship with me. I enjoy helping clients reach their goals by exploring meaning, purpose, and motivations. I like to help clients build healthy mindsets by providing new perspectives and ways of thinking. I also enjoy helping individuals become “unstuck,” finding new directions and paths forward. I am happy to provide support anyone and everyone, regardless of their background or needs!

I have worked with a diverse range of populations in terms of mental health needs and cultural backgrounds. I incorporate elements of person-centered, existential, cognitive behavioral, and solution-focused therapy into my practice.

I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment for all of my clients. Active listening, providing unconditional positive regard, and being “real” with my clients are very important to me as a clinician.

A younger version of myself once thought that I wouldn’t make a good therapist because I had my “own issues.” I learned with time that the opposite is true! I feel that my life experiences have helped me relate to and better understand my clients.

In my personal life, I’m an unabashed nerd. I love collecting trading cards and video games. I also have an appreciation for science, psychology, and astronomy.
