My ideal client would be motivated for change, have an understanding of the therapeutic process, and be willing to try different strategies in order to reach their goals.

I am a licensed professional counselor and have been in the therapeutic field for 10 years. I have helped clients through many different transitions on their lives by offering empathy, active listening, and willingness to be open and honest. I have experience working with many diagnoses and tailor my approach to the person and not the symptom.

I believe the most important aspects of therapy are active listening and building trust. Without these two, therapy doesn’t seem to work. I will do my absolute best to honor these in the therapeutic process and hope that we can work together to meet and build on your personal goals!
