Clinical Mental Health Counselor
My ideal client would be someone who needs support and guidance to work through life’s struggles. They may be dealing with emotional or mental health challenges and are looking for a therapist to help them manage their feelings, build coping skills, and grow into a healthier, more confident version of themselves.
I can provide a compassionate, non-judgmental safe space for them to openly share their thoughts and feelings. My approach is client centered and is rooted in evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care, which are proven to help with emotional regulation, stress management, and healing from past experiences.
I want patients to know that I understand that seeking help can be overwhelming and a big first step. I want my clients to know that they are not alone, and I am here to help them navigate through the challenges of life. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and judgement-free space where they can express themselves openly. I want to empower my patients to identify life’s challenges and to work through them with confidence. Meeting a patient where they are is essential to the therapeutic relationship. Empathically listening without judgement and helping them to develop tools to create change in their life.
