My ideal client is aware that a change needs to be made, understands that there will be challenges to overcome in the process, open to exploring personal issues and is willing to commit to the process of becoming a better version of themselves.

One of my goals as a therapist has always been to try to be the flashlight for people that are in dark places and to help bring hope to situations that may have once seemed too overwhelming to overcome. I use various types of evidence based clinical approaches to therapy such as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy and many other models that would meet the needs of the client. I work with individuals to address a range of challenges such as various forms of depression, anxiety, mood and personality disorders, trauma, self esteem, addictions, family conflicts, coping with life changes to name a few. I bring not just book knowledge, but also my shared life experiences, in order to bring hope and healing to your struggles.
