As the Market Vice President for New Directions Mental Health, Tracy brings over two decades of executive leadership and business development experience to the forefront of the mental health industry. With a robust background in psychology and counseling, complemented by advanced credentials in project management and change management, Tracy is dedicated to transforming mental health services and improving patient outcomes.

Throughout Tracy’s career, a steadfast commitment to operational excellence and business growth has driven the successful implementation of innovative strategies and processes. Tracy has spearheaded the creation and direction of enterprise PMOs, led transformative organizational initiatives, and generated substantial cost savings through strategic contract negotiations.

With a proven track record in team development and empowerment, Tracy excels in fostering multidisciplinary teams that thrive in dynamic environments. From supporting mergers and acquisitions to leading change management activities, Tracy consistently delivers results that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Passionate about mental health, Tracy leverages a wealth of experience in providing therapy and implementing evidence-based practices to deliver comprehensive psychiatric outpatient care. With expertise in Impact Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy/Choice Theory, Transactional Analysis, and Applied Behavioral Analysis, Tracy tailors interventions to meet the unique needs of each patient.

Focused on growing and developing clinics, Tracy ensures operational efficiencies while maintaining the highest standards of customer care. Outside of work, Tracy is also a nutritionist and actively shares insights on functional training, nutrition, and the benefits of exercise on social media platforms. Recognizing the strong connection between physical health and mental well-being, Tracy promotes a holistic approach to health that emphasizes the role of nutrition and exercise in enhancing mental health. This comprehensive perspective underscores her dedication to improving lives through both mental and physical health initiatives.

Tracy holds a BS in Psychology, an MA in Counseling, and is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Additionally, she holds credentials as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP).
