I am a clinician at our Wexford – Stonewood Drive clinic who provides therapy services!

I enjoy working with a range of individuals, though I have significant experience in clients who have bipolar, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, body dysmorphia, LGBTQIA+ and family/caregiver trauma.

I am able to work with clients at their pace, providing SFBT, CBT, DBT, and TF-CBT. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities, and focus on tailoring therapy to fit each individual need. I emphasize a strong rapport with my clients and feel that this is the first step in forming the therapeutic relationship.

I am a down-to-earth and compassionate social worker who is eager to begin work on meeting my clients where they are. I enjoy utilizing a person-centered approach to client therapy focused on client collaboration and realistic treatment plans to help individuals achieve their goals.
