Natalie Pegg, MS

Mental Health Therapist

I am a clinician at our South Hills clinic who provides therapy services!

My ideal clients are individuals who are navigating the weight of anxiety, depression, or relational distress, people who often feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or disconnected from themselves or their partners. They may struggle with persistent self-doubt, communication breakdowns, or cycles of conflict that leave them feeling isolated or hopeless. What they need most is a space where they feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported without judgment. They’re looking for guidance to help make sense of their emotional experience, develop healthier coping strategies, and reconnect with themselves or with their partners. Their goals often center around finding relief from emotional pain, building stronger, more secure relationships, and regaining a sense of control and hope in their lives. Ultimately, they want to feel more grounded, empowered, and connected because they’re ready to heal and move forward.

I help individuals and couples move from feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected to experiencing greater clarity, emotional balance, and deeper connection. My approach is grounded in two evidence-based modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). With CBT, I work collaboratively with clients to identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to anxiety, depression, and low self-worth. Together, we develop practical tools and coping strategies that bring immediate relief and long-term change. With couples, I draw from EFT to help partners understand the emotional patterns driving their conflict, often rooted in unmet attachment needs and guide them in creating new, healthier ways of relating. Whether working with an individual struggling with inner criticism or a couple caught in cycles of disconnection, my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where people feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow. I offer structured, compassionate guidance to help clients not only manage their symptoms, but also reconnect with themselves and those they love.

I want you to know that you don’t have to do this alone. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I deeply respect that step. Whether you’re feeling anxious, stuck in sadness, or struggling to connect in your relationship, I’m here to walk alongside you, not to “fix” you, but to help you better understand yourself, your patterns, and what’s getting in the way of the life or connection you’re longing for. I approach therapy with warmth, honesty, and compassion, meeting you where you are without judgment. I believe healing happens in a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported; that’s the kind of space I work hard to create. If you’re ready to explore what healing and change can look like, I invite you to reach out. I’d be honored to support you.
