Hello, I’m Lauren Bair, a licensed therapist with a decade of experience in supporting clients. I offer therapy services at our Fox Chapel clinic!

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diversity of people, settings, and life experiences. My passion for this work continues to grow. I believe that therapy should be a safe, welcoming space where you can come exactly as you are. My approach is person-centered and grounded in empathy, using a variety of methods to fit your individual needs. Together, we will focus on your strengths, make sense of challenges, and move toward understanding and acceptance. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and encouraged.

Together, we will create a comfortable space where you can process and explore feelings. Using a variety of techniques, tailored to each individual client, I can help with communication, trauma history, calming strategies, and more. I will help build confidence in managing challenges often faced in life.

I believe that asking for help is one of the bravest things an individual can do. Addressing mental health can be a challenging and frightening task.
