Hello! My name is Tiffany, one of the graduate interns at New Directions Meadowlands! I have experience working with children and families and am working to complete my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. My goal is to create a nonjudgmental space where everyone feels comfortable and understood. In my practice, I use a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and systemic approach to explore difficult emotions, situations, and relationships with my clients. I will always strive to provide you with a space where you can be your authentic self and comfortable explore difficult emotions and build self-confidence.

Together we will create a safe space where you can explore your emotions. Using a nonjudgmental, person-centered approach, we will work together to help you to increase communication skills and self-compassion to help you to better navigate relationships and life’s challenges as your most authentic self!

I believe that we are all doing our best to not only survive but thrive in our environments, and everyone’s best looks different!
