My ideal client would be open to creating a therapeutic alliance in which there is a positive working environment to harbor growth. It is important for the client to feel safe, respected, and met with dignity while being in a judgment free zone. I believe that it is important to be client driven as they are the expert in themselves. I have experience in working with an array of mental health diagnosis as well as co-occurring disorders from a vast age range.

I have experience in many modalities of therapy including a trauma certification. I believe in meeting client where they are in which they are the leading force in treatment. The modalities are not one size fits all in which I tend to bring in different aspects of an array of theories in which will best help the client. It is important the client has a voice and works with the therapist to find the skills to alleviate symptomology.

I grew up in a small town in Western Pennsylvania. I have both a bachelors and masters degree from University of Pittsburgh. I have been fortunate to live abroad in Germany for 3 years. I love traveling and exploring new places while experiencing a different culture.
