I work at the intersection of individual care and social justice. Using a personalized approach, I help people understand themselves so they can build meaningful lives. I specialize in working with transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and addiction. I am a trauma informed therapist with training in DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).
Therapy is a place to explore issues that challenge you as well as things that inspire and excite you. You are welcome in my office no matter how you identity your gender, sexuality, or type of relationship you’re in. I take a personalized and collaborative approach to therapy. I think of the therapeutic process like a walk in the woods: you decide which direction to walk in, and our pace, and I provide some of the gear, the tools, lights, and maps you can use to take you to where you want to be.
