Master’s Level Social Worker
I am a clinician at our Bloomfield clinic who provides therapy services!
My ideal client is someone who is open to and led by exploration. It takes courage to seek therapy, and my ideal client embraces this new journey, ready to explore identities that are impactful to them, inspect relationships and how they are molded by them, and discuss their challenges and how we can together work through them.
I aim to create a safe, genuine connection filled with empathy and compassion, so you can show up as your authentic, beautifully imperfect self. My practice is rooted in non-judgmental, anti-oppressive, and culturally aware principles, recognizing how factors like race, gender, and sexual orientation shape our identities and experiences. My therapeutic perspective centers around the idea that mental health and wellness are heavily influenced by the systems and structures around us. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals, late adolescence and emerging adulthood, life transitions, relationships, stress management, grief, and anxiety.
I like to describe myself as compassionate, caring, and real. I believe therapy is not a one-size-fits-all journey. I use a blend of modalities, tailoring each session to support your unique needs, concerns, and goals. Whether you are seeking support for specific concerns or personal development, together we will carve out a space where you can freely explore, heal, and flourish; where your true self is not only accepted but celebrated.
